Terms of Use
Last updated: 7 July 2026
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of Tickza, provided by JNDK Ventures (“we”, “us”, “our”). By downloading or using Tickza, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app.
1. Eligibility
You must be able to form a binding contract and meet the minimum age required by your app store to use Tickza.
2. Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Tickza for your own personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and to your app store’s terms.
3. Your account
If you create an account, keep your login details secure and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
4. Subscriptions and purchases
- Tickza offers an optional Premium subscription ($4.99 per month) and one-time theme-pack purchases ($2.99 each). Prices may vary by region and may change; we will provide notice of changes where required.
- All purchases are processed and billed by Apple or Google through your store account, under their terms. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
- You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple ID or Google Play account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies; we generally cannot issue refunds directly.
- Theme packs are one-time purchases and are unlocked for devices signed in to the same store account used to buy them.
5. Acceptable use
Please don’t misuse Tickza — for example, don’t reverse engineer it (except where the law allows), interfere with its operation or security, or use it for anything unlawful.
6. Intellectual property
Tickza, including its design, artwork, and software (but not your task data), is owned by JNDK Ventures and protected by intellectual-property laws. We reserve all rights not expressly granted to you.
7. Your content
Your tasks are yours. You grant us only the limited rights necessary to store and sync them so we can provide the service to you.
8. Disclaimers
Tickza is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don’t guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will never be lost. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, JNDK Ventures will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or loss of data, arising from your use of Tickza. Where our liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, it is limited to the amount you paid us for Tickza in the 12 months before the claim, or (at our option) resupplying the service.
10. Termination
You may stop using Tickza at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms.
11. App store terms
When you obtain Tickza through the Apple App Store or Google Play, their terms also apply. For iOS, Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies to the extent relevant, and Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms with the right to enforce them.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and you submit to the courts of that jurisdiction — without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If you keep using Tickza after we post changes, you accept the updated Terms.
